About PMTA
On 9th September 2020, the PMTA was enacted. This means from that date forward, you were unable to buy the vaping hardware or juice you enjoy if you live in the USA. What is the PMTA?
There will be a tiny selection of products on the market but nothing like we’re used to, and more information on what gets reviewed or approved by the FDA will be coming out over the following months to come. Up-to-date information on which vendor has submitted applications to the FDA and their progress can be found here.
Unless you want to risk going back to smoking, get yourself one or two rebuildable tanks or drippers and learn to DIY your own juice.
As if the PMTA fuckwittery of the FDA wasn’t enough, due to a proposed bill, nicotine is going to multiply in price 40 times for USA customers. 1 litre of 100mg/ml nic that costs $65 now will cost you around $2800, so it’d be wise to stock up in nicotine soon too.
